Hello friends!

We’re craving more colors on our plates, more freshness, more lightness… all while still enjoying comforting dishes for those evenings that are still a bit chilly! That’s why I’ve gathered these spring recipes: ideas for beautiful days to inspire your cooking this season.
As I adore this transitional season, I wanted to gather my favorite spring recipes for you all on one page. You’ll find everything: starters that evoke the return of beautiful days, dishes that bridge winter and summer, and of course, some sweet treats to celebrate the returning sun!
Spring on the plate: why I love this season
If there is a season that makes my heart sing in the kitchen, it’s definitely spring. Why? Because it marks the grand return of fresh produce after the somewhat monotonous winter months. The first green asparagus, crunchy radishes, sun-kissed strawberries, tangy rhubarb, and freshly harvested peas… It’s a true celebration for the taste buds!
Moreover, it’s the ideal time to start entertaining outdoors. Think of brunches in the garden, lunches in the sun, and lingering apéritifs on the terrace… Spring presents the perfect opportunity to reinvent your table and share joyful moments in complete simplicity.

How to compose a successful spring menu?
Bet on seasonal products
Here’s my top tip: always choose what’s in season. Right now, that means stocking up on asparagus, radishes, peas, fresh spinach, strawberries, rhubarb, aromatic herbs… Not only do they taste better, but they’re also more economical and kinder to the planet. It’s a win-win!
Play with colors
A spring plate, above all, should be vibrant. The tender green of asparagus, the bright pink of rhubarb, the vivid red of strawberries, the soft yellow of peas… Don’t hesitate to create colorful dishes; they’re cheerful and set a happy mood at first glance!
Gradually lighten your meals
Spring is the perfect time to transition from the rich dishes of winter to the lighter fare of summer. There’s no need to overhaul everything overnight. You can still indulge in a nice pork tenderloin or a gourmet tart while gradually incorporating fresher and more plant-based recipes. This is the spirit of this selection!
Don’t forget the sweet treats!
Ah, spring desserts… For me, they are almost the most exciting part. After months filled with apples and pears (which I also love), discovering rhubarb, the first strawberries, and soon cherries is a true delight. Even a simple apple cake takes on a new dimension when served with a good coffee on the terrace!
